We have available A Priced Catalog of Chinese Official Seals, by Jim Kotanchik. It is a full color, spiral bound 73-page catalog, with prices, of all postal seals of China from the Imperial issue of 1899 up through the PRC seals used in modern times.

We now offer reprints of a book prepared by the DGP; Report on the Chinese Post Office for 1921 (which contains a history of the first 25-years of the post office by province from 1896 to 1921). The 140-page hard bound book is available to members for $35.95 (non-members $44.95). The book is a fascinating account of the workings of the post office beginning with a general history of the first 25 years followed by summaries of the 25-year history by province, along with detailed results for 1920 and 1921 for each province. We have available a few copies of Chinese International Postal Routes During the Sino-Japanese War of 1937-45, by Dr. Albert Cheung, a member of the Australian Chinese Philatelic Club. This 185 full color publication in English and Chinese is the authoritative work on the forty-one routed mail was able to enter and leave China during that period when the Japanese was trying to completely isolate Chine from the rest of the world. The book is filed with color illustrations of the covers, illustrations of the chops and cancels, five maps and pertinent domestic and international rate charts. You won’t be disappointed. The book is available on for 35.95 ($ 43.95 for non-members).

We have a few copies of the Collectors' Philatelic Annual Report (2010) published (in Chinese) by the Philatelic Writers' Club in Taiwan. It is available for $19.95 ($24.95 for non-members).

We have reprinted Paul N. Davey’s 22-page 1992 pamphlet, The Perfins of China, and are offering it to members for $5.95 (non-members $7.95).

We also offer a 300-page color catalogue in English of all the PRC Added Charge Labels (ACL), also know as ‘Postal Surcharge Labels.’ The catalogue was prepared by longtime member Lars Palmer of Sweden and is available on a CD. There are four separate files on the CD: an “Introduction to ACLs and Mr. Palmer’s Catalogue, Mr. Palmer's Catalogue itself, an Appendix listing the ACLs by province, and an Appendix listing the postcodes of China in effect at the time the ACLs were used and a cross-reference between numbers used in Mr. Palmer’s prior Version 1.0 and this Version 2.0.
