Added Charge Labels Catalogue by Lars Palmer Version 2.0 on DVD
A 300-page color catalogue in English of all the PRC Added Charge Labels (ACL), also know as ‘Postal Surcharge Labels.’ The catalogue was prepared by Lars Palmer of Sweden. There are four separate files: an “Introduction to ACLs and Mr. Palmer’s catalogue, Mr. Palmer's Catalogue, an Appendix listing the ACLs by province, and an Appendix listing the postcodes of China in effect at the time the ACLs were used and a cross-reference between numbers used in Mr. Palmer’s prior Version 1.0 and this Version 2.0.
