Membership renewal

Post by tonytan » Thu Jul 24, 2014 4:45 am

I want to renew my membership and was ask to login to the Members Only area and click on RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP at the top of the page.
I did what was told, but I can't find the " RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP" link?

Thanks for the observation.

I checked and you are absolutely right. I'll talk to the webmaster and get that fixed right away.

Sorry about the problem.

Same problem in 2015 - time to renew, but no renewal button on Members Only page. Can someone help?

Have contacted the webmaster. May be a couple of days (Thursday) to fix. He is backed up and quite busy right now. Hope you can wait.

Thanks, Archie. I can wait, but the renewal deadline for everyone is Sept. 30 to avoid missing an issue. I can't believe no one has noticed before now. I tried contacting both the president and the secretary about it through the website, but got no response.

This has not been fixed yet. I have no problem being patient, but I wanted to comply with the request for early renewals. I can't possibly be the only member of the China Stamp Society who prefers to renew online.

Apparently the problem was with my account, and not the site. My apologies for the false alarm.

Glad it got straight. Webmaster said to go to members only, then see if button was there. If current, no renewal button. If need to renew, button will be there.
I'll tell him all OK.
