MLO - 11 Feb. 1946 dealer Cover - Dr. Sun Yat Sen on the 'Newsprint' issue overprinted "Restricted for use in the North East" Issued by the Chinese Directorate of Posts for the Northeast. The stars in the date stamp show it was 'cancelled to order' and it is probably a first day cover. A Lopato & Sons Ltd., was a cigarette company. It pre-dates the Harbin MLOs.
