AUCTIONS ARE HELD IN MAY AND NOVEMBER

THE MAY AUCTION HAS STARTED

The Universal Postal Union has ruled that “flats” sent internationally can only contain documents.  They can not contain merchandise.  The white mailers we use to send stamps and covers are classified as “flats,” so long as they are not too thick to go through sorting machines.  If they are too thick they are classified as parcels and postage is more.

We have made arrangements with a mail processing company that accumulates “flats” and sends them by air in large shipping containers to each country where they are delivered by the post offices at domestic rates.  This is the same process we have used for over two years
to mail The China Clipper internationally.

WHAT YOU RECEIVED WILL BE OF COMPARABLE QUALITY.
